We are an independent travel agency and do not hold any association with bookings made here. The agreement depicted on this page governs the cancellation and refund blueprint for hotel check-in bookings made with Skyoair. We have a flexible cancellation and refund policy, quite similar to airline bookings. Our priority is to keep the customer's interest on top of all others, and in case of cancellations, return the maximum compensation. Our cancellation and refund policy is bifurcated into risk-free and risk zones. If the hotel check-in is done within 24 hours of booking, we strive to facilitate the client's refund without any deductions or add-on charges, whereas if a customer cancels after 24 hours of booking, the refund amount solely depends on the policies of the hotel.

We do understand there can be alterations in your plan if something unplanned occurs, and you are unable to fulfill your arrangements, in that scenario, your hotel booking may be retracted as well as the discount given at the time of booking. We agree with your consumer freedom and rights towards cancellation and refund, however, attributes like cycle period, hotel rentals terms & conditions, cancellation period, etc might force our hands, making it difficult for us to accommodate discounts on your refund that you have received at the time of booking. We recommend that our clients read every step before making a booking with Skyoair, to make the refunds and cancellation process more straightforward.

Cancelation

  • Discount paid at the time of hotel booking is withdrawn in case cancellation is done after 24 hours of check-in
  • If the hotel rent is flexible, then you are entitled to free cancellation for 24 24-hour periods before check-in.
  • We allow cancellations that are done on cell phones only.
  • Any cancellation through the mail is not entertained.
  • Cancellation of hotel reservations made with us is subject to the hotel policies. Out of the lot, a large chunk of the hotel rentals are non-refundable.
  • We can not guarantee you a refund once you have canceled your hotel check-in, as our policies are contingent on the refund and cancellation policies of the hotel.
  • The super-strict 60-day policy gives for a 50 percent refund when you cancel your stay 60 days before the hotel check-in.
  • In the case of a show visitor, you are not eligible for any refund or waiver. No-show refers to a situation where a client has not made a show up at the hotel where the reservation is made and has not communicated the same to concerned parties.

Refund

Our refund policies are aligned with the reservations distribution and handle that we expect customers to avail of and dispose of. The refund terms and conditions of Skyoair are conditional, their contingencies are interlinked to the hotel and inn policies. We don't ensure any sort of discount on our end.

  • A complete refund is provided on hotel cancellations that are made within 24 hours booking period.
  • Discount utilized at the time of reservation is not deducted from the refund sum if the reservation is canceled within the 24-hour booking period or if the ticket is a flexible one.
  • The sum is retracted to the source of payment and takes about 10-15 business days.
  • Banks can take more days than the usual time to reflect the amount in your bank account.
  • In extraordinary cases, it can take up to 60-90 days to return your amount to the source of payment.
  • We charge a certain fee on hotel reservations made with us and don’t refund those charges unless the hotel rental is canceled within 24 hours of booking.
